We stayed here for 2 nights while we explored the space centre and lakes around the area for photography. Parking: Ample parking available. We were able to park in the shade and close to our room. Location: Within walking distance of several nice restaurants and shops. Nice base for us as we explored the nature in the vicinity. WiFi: No connectivity issues. Room: Very dated and old. Could do with renovations. Bed: Comfortable and large. We slept well. Bathroom: Shower and toilet are separate. Bathroom sink is located within the bedroom itself. Nice lighting. Towels and basic toiletries were provided. Laundry: We accessed the laundry room. You can purchase laundry powder from reception. You will need the reception staff to operate the machines for you after you pay. The laundry is accessible all day and night. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Tea & Coffee Facilities: Available in our room but we didn't use them.

I booked this on booking.com When we arrived I had 2 rooms booked and asked for side by side or adjoining. I was emailed that they did not have adjoining but would note I requested side by side. Check in was great and quick and that’s about where it ended. When I went to my room there was a strong smell of marijuana, the person next to me opened the door and it was obvious where the smell was coming from. The smell was even in our room. My daughter’s room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. So on my way to take the kids to the pool I stopped at the front desk to ask if I was placed in a smoking section and was informed the hotel was smoke free. I asked her to go up to my room because indeed smoking was a problem. My daughter then came to the pool and told me neither of our keys would open the door. I again went into the lobby and was called over to be told very apologetically that she was going to move our rooms, she wasn’t sure why we were placed there in the first place. She also said she was upgrading us at no charge, noting I never asked for this but thanked her. So we repacked our belongings and were given the new rooms. Now backing up to the pool, pool was advertised as being heated, which it was not and very frigid. The rooms around the pool on the first floor were all being renovated and the jackhammering made so much noise we just decided to go back to the room. The next day breakfast was ok and we were gone by 830 and didn’t return till 1100 pm. The next morning we were awoke to Jack hammering directly under the room we were staying in. We proceeded to check out, and when asked how our stay was told her not very good. The following day before writing a review I called booking.com and explained all that happened. He tried to reach management but was unable to because they were in a meeting but said my upgrade was my compensation.

Perfect location from Disney Theme Parks. Exactly 1.5 miles to get to World drive. Many restaurants in the area. Walmart also close by if you forgot any essentials. Clean breakfast area.

The staff here seems exceptionally good. Always friendly and caring, way above average for this area. Great location near lots of fun stuff. Room was nice...quiet too. We will be back.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very happy with it. The hotel was super clean everywhere, which made me feel comfortable. Also, it's in a great spot. It was easy to walk to lots of places like restaurants and shops. I strongly suggest opting for Lyft or UBER for your visits to the Disney parks and Universal Studios, given their proximity to the hotel. Considering the high cost of car rentals in Orlando, utilizing these ride-sharing services proves to be a more economical and hassle-free option. I really recommend this hotel because of how clean it is and its location. It made my trip much better and I'd definitely stay here again.
